Major League Hacking (MLH) is the official student hackathon league. Each year, we power over 300 weekend-long invention competitions that inspire innovation, cultivate communities and teach computer science skills to more than 500,000 developers around the world.

Passionate about building technology and empowering others to do the same, Jon Gottfried co-founded Major League Hacking, the world’s largest community of early-career developers. Previously, Jon worked as a Developer Evangelist at Twilio and Echo Nest, served as National Director for StartupBus, co-created the Hacker Union, and was recognised on Forbes 30 Under 30 for Education and Stony Brook’s 40 Under 40 for Entrepreneurship.
