RITA RODRIGUES
Rita’s career in tech spans diverse roles, from software engineer and Java developer to software architect, mentor, and DevRel leader. Her passion for technology, combined with her love for art and music, fuels her creative approach to problem-solving and leadership.
Joining MongoDB in 2021 as Head of Developer Advocacy, Rita transitioned from engineering to Developer Relations, where she led and mentored the team to foster community engagement, drive adoption, and inspire innovation in the developer ecosystem. Today, she leads MongoDB’s Curriculum team, enabling millions of developers to succeed with the skills and insights needed for application development.
Before MongoDB, Rita held roles as a senior developer, architect, and pre-sales consultant at companies including at Utmost and WorkDay.
